Crisis management involves how to design systems able to withstand and respond to major intentional and non-intentional crises such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, fires and terrorist attacks. Preparing, responding and adapting, recovering and changing is essential for government and non-government Organizations facing emergencies and crisis; the ability to learn from what went well during a crisis and to improve processes and operating models can be developed or accelerated with the support of specialist consulting.

SOGENET has worked with the largest global peacekeeping organization to help introduce some of the most critical supply chain management concepts, to increase its logistical capacities, to streamline and to improve warehousing operations in the missions.
